Location Services needs to be enabled for the browser you are using to view your account. In addition, you will need to allow the browser to use your current location as prompted when opening the map so that the digital items that are nearby your location can be found.
For example, on an iPhone using Safari, go to Settings -> Location Services and Enable “Location Services”. Under the listed apps, find “Safari” and set it to “While Using”
